Absolutely. Logos can be placed on the dial, and for models with solid casebacks, custom engravings are also possible - perfect for gifts or special occasions!

We always recommend finalizing customizations before placing your order to ensure everything is built exactly as intended.

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we may still be able to accommodate changes, but once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Warranty & Returns

All custom builds are covered against workmanship defects for 2 years from the date you receive your watch.

Although very rare, if I’ve made a mistake, I'll make it right. This does not cover any, physical damage, water damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Yes, love it or your money back!

You may return your watch within 30 days of purchase. If the watch is returned without a confirmed mechanical issue, shipping costs may apply.

Please note, if the watch has any damage, there may be a fee commensurate to the loss in value of the watch.

Yes - once your watch is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its delivery.

All watches are made to order.

  • Build time: 1-2.5 weeks
  • Shipping: 1.5-3 weeks depending on location

Most orders are completed within this timeframe, depending on the complexity of the build and customs processing.

Shipping is always free worldwide, with all duties and tariffs included - no surprise fees on delivery.

Yes, shipping to the United States, Canada, and Worldwide is all FREE with fully tracked shipping.

Using Your Watch

Most automatic watches (NH35 / NH34 / NH70) need an initial wind.

Turn the crown clockwise ~40–55 times to fully wind the movement. After that, wearing the watch regularly will keep it powered.

For mecaquartz chronograph models (VK63), no winding is required - they run on a battery.

For automatic models, this usually means the watch doesn’t have enough power reserve.

Simply wind the crown fully and wear it regularly to keep it running.

If the issue continues, feel free to reach out and I’ll help troubleshoot.

The GMT hand tracks a second time zone.

You can adjust it independently using the crown to display a different time zone while keeping your main time unchanged.

The chronograph function works like a stopwatch:

  • Top pusher: start/stop the timer
  • Bottom pusher: reset

The large center seconds hand is the chronograph timer (not the regular seconds hand).

The subdials track elapsed time and standard time functions, depending on the design.
