Purchased as a gift for my wife. The watch was packaged well and beautiful with a nice box. My wife loved it.
The parts and finish are very nice. I liked that the bracelet included screwed links which made sizing easy. The micro adjust in the clasp was rather difficult however.
There was a snafu with USPS that was not the fault of the seller. Once I contacted him about it, he was all over it and had it resolved within a day and received the watch on our wedding anniversary. A++ for customer service.

This watch is even more beautiful in person and wears exceptionally well. The movement and function is crisp and precise. Besides the watch being even better than what I thought I was getting, Andrew took the time to answer any and all of my questions and responded quickly. I am fortunate enough to own a number of luxury watches, including a few Grand Seiko’s. I wanted something that I could wear every day, that I could not be worried about if it was stolen. The proportions of the case, face and finish of this watch are absolutey immaculate. The face is nice and legible and the rubber strap is a lovely addition. A truly beautiful timepiece and exceptional service from Andrew. It arrived in the UK within about three or four days of ordering.
